January 9, 2025 Update:For anyone who would like to order something to RV or FN, it's no longer possible. I just spoke with the Ikea hotline.They confirmed that these two pickup locations can no longer be selected during the ordering process. Unfortunately.Previous review:Worked perfectly right away.It's a Storebox store. Parking is right in front. I highly recommend it.However, no trolley or hand truck is available.For large items, I would recommend bringing your own furniture dolly.
THERE'S A KEY SAFE AROUND THE CORNER!We had to go there twice because access via PIN wasn't possible. The station was offline or locked (the electronic keypad was flashing red).The Storebox hotline couldn't help when we were there. Apparently, this problem has existed for several WEEKS! Later, I received a call back informing me that there's actually an additional key safe there, containing a regular key for the front door. It's located on the side of the building, attached to a gate. The PIN for this can be obtained from the service hotline. (It's not the same PIN you get from IKEA.)The second trip was successful, but it cost us an extra hour of time and gas unnecessarily.
Everything was perfect! It's definitely worth it if you buy a lot and don't want to pay high delivery costs. Everything went as planned, and it's super easy to use. A big plus is the parking right outside. I would definitely do it again :)
