Permanently closed like others, like Friedrichshafen...should be mentioned or updated.I was told that today.
January 9, 2025 Update: For anyone who would like to order something by RV or FN, it's no longer possible. I just called the Ikea hotline. They confirmed that these two pickup locations can no longer be selected during the ordering process. Unfortunately.Old review: Worked well right away. It's a Storebox store. Parking is right in front of the door. I highly recommend it.But no cart or hand truck is available. For large items, I would recommend bringing your own furniture trolley.
THERE'S A KEY SAFE AROUND THE CORNER!We had to go there twice because access via PIN wasn't possible. The station was offline or locked (the electronic keypad was flashing red).The Storebox hotline couldn't help when we were there. Apparently, this problem has existed for several WEEKS! Later, I received a call back informing me that there's actually an additional key safe there, containing a regular key for the front door. It's located on the side of the building, attached to a gate. The PIN for this can be obtained from the service hotline. (It's not the same PIN you get from IKEA.)The second trip was successful, but it cost us an extra hour of time and gas unnecessarily.
