They have charged me for an extra three months after I had already cancelled while I only had a monthly plan. I contacted customer service 4 times and I still havent receive the return of my money or any explanation from the company. Really terrible customer support and experience.

Everything was fine. The access code for the door didn't work right away, apparently because they were doing repairs. A new code for the key box directly above it will be sent separately via email. However, it didn't appear in my spam folder. My items were in the compartment, but the lock was already unlocked; the driver probably didn't close it properly 🤷🏼♀️ Otherwise, everything was fine.
I think the concept is great! I used it in my hometown before I moved here. And now it's available again – as usual, you have access at any time, it's clean, secure, looks good, and all at transparent prices. There are plenty of other shady storage units out there. What more could you want?!
