I made the payment 5 days ago and still haven't received a box code. The operators don't know how to resolve the issue, and a refund seems impossible!The booking name is Rubio Veronica. We've sent numerous emails and made many phone calls, but nothing has helped. I've also sent several cancellation emails with a refund request, but no one has responded.
