The stated dimensions do not match the information provided on the website. The stated ceiling height is 3 meters, but it's only 2.6 meters, so instead of 16.2 cubic meters, I only have 14 cubic meters of storage space. Furthermore, mouse droppings were found both in the storage unit and in the hallways.Emails have been answered very slowly; the first email took 14 days to reply to. I've now been waiting 10 days for a second reply to that email. The customer service has been extremely poor so far.Edit: Even now, almost four months later, I did receive a discount after a lengthy email exchange, but it hasn't been paid retroactively as agreed. The customer service on the phone is okay, but they just keep putting me off. Emails are either ignored or only answered weeks later.An absolute disaster.

The storage facility was excellent in its appearance, and when considering security of stored items. Storage box is a great convenient and affordable storage facility.
