Very friendly, helpful contact persons, everything went smoothly
I had to store my belongings there for almost a year and now I've noticed that some of my clothes have mold.I remember when I moved the storage unit to another city, the basement had already taken on a basement smell on the walls. I didn't think anything of it. I'm now hoping the damage is limited. Still, it's annoying if I end up paying around €150 a month and then have damage to my belongings due to the moisture. The basement is therefore not suitable for storage. Of course, a refund won't do me any good if the clothes are no longer on the market... maybe I can still salvage most of them... still very annoying!Edit: By the way, some of the furniture was bent due to the moisture, and a few were simply scrap. Using the terms and conditions regarding clothes as an excuse is simply unfriendly to the customer. Almost all of the clothes were in bags, so they stink of basement smell and I have to wash them extensively, and as I said, some even have mold stains. Paid 150€ a month for that...
