Very friendly and helpful contacts, everything went smoothly.
I had to store my belongings there for almost a year and have now discovered that some of my clothes are moldy.I remember when I moved the storage unit to another city, the basement already had a musty, damp smell on the walls. I didn't think much of it at the time. I'm hoping the damage is limited. Still, it's frustrating to have paid around €150 per month and then have my belongings damaged by the damp. The basement is definitely not suitable for storage. Of course, a refund won't help if the clothes aren't even available anymore... maybe I can salvage most of them... but it's still very annoying!Edit: Incidentally, some furniture was warped due to the damp, and a few pieces were completely ruined. Using the terms and conditions to excuse themselves regarding clothes is simply unacceptable. Almost all the clothes were in bags, so they reek of musty damp and I have to do a lot of washing, and as I said, some even have mold spots. I paid €150 a month for that...
