Terrible service. The door code reader has been broken for more than a month, no one is fixing it. Now to access your storage unit you need to call to a service number where all operators are in a call and no one picks up in 20 minutes. The automatic message is so unclear that someone for whom German is neither the first, nor the second language can understand it. Ironically, the ad on the door says: “24/7 access; book online and store immediately”. As soon as we collect our things, we are out of here and never looking back. Absolutely terrible service. Now you have no way of accessing your things on the weekends. Not recommended to anyone. If you need a place to store your things, look elsewhere!
