I'm completely satisfied! The Storebox is centrally located, well-lit, and easily accessible at all times. Storing the items was quick and easy, and everything seems secure and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

I absolutely cannot recommend Storebox. For one thing, it's simply overpriced. Furthermore, it's incredibly customer-unfriendly.Driving a Sprinter van into the parking lot is extremely difficult. The entrance is incredibly narrow (there's a school opposite, so children are constantly running in the street), and if you're unlucky, they'll put out trash cans on the very day you want to unload your furniture, forcing you to maneuver through the entrance with millimeter precision.The furniture then has to be carried up a narrow staircase, which barely fits, if at all. If you somehow manage that, you still have to navigate around a ladder, which is, of course, built right into the middle of the walkway. With wardrobes and other furniture, it's practically impossible.There is an elevator, but even after calling ahead, you're not allowed to use it.The management is also terrible. I set up a SEPA direct debit. When the rent was increased, the lower amount was debited. I then received a payment reminder. I responded several times, stating that the SEPA direct debit was in place and submitting the necessary documentation. I was then told that everything would be sorted out. Then, suddenly, another reminder arrived. This went back and forth several times until my compartment was simply blocked for four days. I complained to the manager, and access was then restored. However, I received neither an apology nor compensation.
