The purchase went smoothly, but I found myself locked out twice. First, they forgot to activate my contract at the end of the first day. Then, the second time, my PIN (the one for the door opener) was changed without my knowledge. It might just be bad luck, but twice is unacceptable.
The consultation was extremely competent, Mr. Wicke was very friendly and did a fantastic job; you feel you're in good hands. I would gladly use his services again.
