According to the staff, damage to stored items caused by leaking liquid is "not their problem." After inquiring, they promised a response, which never came. Nothing but trouble and unfriendly staff! Fees are still being collected even after the contract has ended. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and not recommended.

4 stars might not be entirely fair. In any case, it's a straightforward and easily accessible storage facility! I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the elevator only transports objects, not people. You then have to follow the elevator through a complicated, poorly labeled and unmarked maze and staircase, hoping that no one else is there at the same time... In the evenings, alone, it's a disgrace! ... And to add to that: the area next to the entrance is now constantly filled with water, a large, dirty patch.

It makes sense in principle, but with a business model where the only relevant machine (the elevator) isn't working, one should really reconsider. A little information or something similar would probably suffice for most people.Perhaps it should be understood that the elevator has top priority and that in case of a malfunction, everything possible is done to resolve the problem.

The storage unit itself is generally good and clean. However, the only available (freight) elevator is regularly out of order, and there's absolutely no communication from the staff about it.This means that if you're unlucky, you arrive with a van and helpers only to find a note at the elevator saying it's broken.No email is sent, even if the team knows you're planning to move out that weekend.Generally, communication with the sales team is good, but once the contract is signed, no further effort is made to communicate with customers. Anyone who needs access to their stored goods and can't wait indefinitely for an aging elevator to be repaired should look for an alternative.
