Rosenheim location. Basically, it's okay. The price is right, too, but... The elevator keeps getting stuck or doesn't even start. Very useful when you can't move stuff up the stairs. I've heard that from other tenants, too. Unfortunately, nobody at the Rosenheim location is interested in that.
