I would actually give it 4.5 stars. I'm only deducting half a star because the floor in the storage unit was a bit uneven, and we had to put shims under our furniture. I guess I'm being a little too picky 😉. Otherwise, the location so close to Regensburg is perfect. We had to organize the move and temporary storage of two apartments, coming from two different cities. Mr. Rauh was always available and very accommodating when the organizational process ran into some difficulties. Thanks again!
