I rented a storage unit from Storage21 and am completely satisfied. The entire ordering and handover process was straightforward and quick. The units are clean, tidy, and serve their purpose perfectly. I especially appreciate the frost protection devices and cameras installed in the aisles; they provide a great sense of security.There's also a freight elevator and trolleys available on-site, which makes moving in and out much easier. The telephone support was friendly and easy to reach, and any questions were answered promptly and professionally.What also impressed me is the transparent and fair billing. Bookings are always based on the beginning of the month. If you book a unit mid-month, you only pay a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the month. This ensures clear and predictable payment schedules. Overall, it's a very well-rounded package. Highly recommended.

I can only report positive experiences and highly recommend Starge 21. Since I ultimately didn't need the storage unit, I cancelled it after just one month, which was accepted without any problems, even though I had originally rented it for six months. The communication was very friendly and accommodating.

We've been renting storage space there for a few months now and are very satisfied: it's a very clean and attractive location with good ventilation. You can drive right up and use the trolleys at the entrance to transport your belongings to the elevator and then to the unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and all questions are answered promptly. I can highly recommend this storage unit!

A fantastic solution for extra storage space. Since I only live in a one-room apartment and don't have enough storage space for all my belongings, this concept is perfect. Great idea! The location is excellent, and the hall and storage units are clean and well-organized.
