The website is missing the crucial information that you need to book at least 10 days in advance to even get a storage box. Communicating with the call center is extremely difficult, as the employee is hard to understand due to connection problems. Furthermore, the description of the storage boxes in Würselen is incorrect. Welcome to the service desert that is Germany. You won't get any help here.
We've been renting a storage unit for two months now and are satisfied so far. Our inquiries – by phone and email – are answered promptly, and the premises are well-suited for storage. The only thing that would make it even better at this point would be digital access via an app instead of keys.
Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. There was a hole in the roof at the beginning, and it was leaking. It took months before anyone finally took care of it, and countless hours spent on hold on the phone. You should also be prepared for the possibility of not seeing your deposit again. On the first day, we laid a PVC floor in the garage to avoid leaving any stains. Now, after handing over the workshop, we're being asked to pay €200 because, supposedly, two square meters of the floor are dirty. I definitely would not rent this garage again!
