I would like to give a very clear POSITIVE review here...All my expectations were met, just as I have come to expect from such agreements. This also applies to pre-contractual discussions and questions. Everything in the rental agreement is clear and without hidden costs. Telephone accessibility is excellent! Return calls were prompt when needed! Emails were also answered very quickly. All contacts were very friendly and competent.

Management and electricity are fine. Prices are too high for four open metal roofs. After six months, I still haven't received my deposit back; I'm constantly having to call and chase them up. Not recommended.

I've only been renting a single-unit apartment since December, but I had already inquired at the end of October/beginning of November.From the initial inquiry, through the provision of information and the viewing with the caretaker, to the final rent payment, everything went smoothly.The first contact was by phone with Mr. Kobert (I'm not personally familiar with a Mr. Kolb, as mentioned in the other review).In my case, all further communication took place exclusively via email.From December to January, I had to change/register the apartment from private to commercial use. This led to some confusion and a lot of follow-up phone calls on my part, but even then, Mr. Kobert was the hero of my hour – via email – who didn't let me down.Overall, I would actually give 4 stars (because of the less-than-smooth changeover, the apparent lack of coordination, and the double rent payment), but 1. everything was sorted out, and 2. I personally can't understand the negative review. Therefore, full marks 👍🏻 Aside from the enormous single unit and the well-located garages/storage rooms, I can highly recommend it.
