I rented a storage unit for furniture from April to September 2024. The process was seamless. I had mistakenly booked a unit that was too small, but this was easily corrected on the day of booking. Storage itself worked perfectly. All access points are digital, allowing for easy access via the app. You can drive right in. On-site transport aids are available for loading and unloading. The entire facility is clean. The Citibox team is very helpful, responds quickly to written inquiries, often calls back directly to clarify matters personally, and provides support beyond the standard Citibox service. Canceling the rental was also very straightforward. Despite the monthly contract, it was possible to extend the rental by one week beyond the end of the month. The return process, including the refund of the deposit, was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Citibox definitely exceeded my expectations. I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend their service. 👍😊 Thanks to the Citibox team.

Great storage units in various sizes Great prices The owner was on-site and a great person, very friendly and helpful, and showed me various units. A really cool, nice person.If I had a need or someone in my area (family, colleagues, friends, etc.) needed it, I would recommend it immediately.Great location, great prices I would never look for a garage or storage space again.
