Very bad car rental. Never picks up the phone, don’t give the car you paid for, I requested and paid for a diesel and received unleaded, the car rental hands over the car dirty to you and don’t refund the full amount of your deposit. They kept €200 of it after returning the car with full tank and no damages.
Had a car reserved and paid about a week ahead, also got a confirmation that the car is reserved and will be ready. The afternoon before the pickup the lady called and said the car, nor any other car, will not be available. She was not polite and did not want to help solve the situation. She just did not care at all! Like that would not be enough, we receved the cancellation email saying they are sorry that our plans had changed and we had to cancel the reservation. They made it look like it was cancelled by us! Never again!
