I wanted to rent one square meter and they put me to sign 2 square meters contract and paid too much for what i actually needed, and they also did not give the promotion that is advertised . I was told on the phone that 1 square meter is available and at the reception they didnt bother to show it.

Incompetent. After I’ve closed the contract online and paid the required payment, i was told that I must come to this Branche to close the deal, I traveled from Dubai to Essen and paid for the transportation of my stuff to be brought from Stuttgart to this warehouse. Suddenly I was told, it is not allowed to put my stuff there and they cancelled my contract. Not professional, not recommended at all.
