The facility on Seilerstrasse is in a fantastic location and is also very modern. I rented it for a few months. When I first started my business, due to personal circumstances, I had to leave the goods in storage for three days longer than planned. The Place Pi team didn't cause me any problems at all; they were extremely accommodating and didn't bother me or threaten me with anything. On the contrary, I was extremely pleasantly surprised – absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to the guys and gals; I hadn't expected that. You know what I mean! It's so much more than that. Wir haben für unseren Betrieb eine Box mit praktischer Grösse. Es ist alles überwacht und wir fühlen uns sicher. Die App funktioniert immer einwandfrei, ein kleiner "Transportwagen" steht zur Verfügung und als wir einen Wasserschaden bemerkten, erhielten wir sofort eine Ersatzbox. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Absolute worst service and unusable. I couldn’t access unit without verifying phone number but app never sent a text for me to verify. Tried calling, emailing, no response. Don’t use it’s unusable.Was not incorrectly inputted. I have a country code other than Switzerland’s.
