I never received clear communication or accountability from the company, and I was left with financial and personal losses that cannot be replaced. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before trusting them with their property."
I had a great experience with the Forest branch. Everything was clear and easy from start to finish—getting a quote, visiting the storage space, and signing the contract. The place is easy to get to from Midi Station, and there’s free parking if you drive, which made moving my stuff stress-free. The storage area was clean and felt safe. I especially liked how honest and upfront they were about costs and rules—no hidden surprises!A big thank you to Martin and Diana. Martine explained everything in English (since I don’t speak French) and helped me quickly fix a problem when I needed more space for my things. He also made ending the contract and final payments simple and fair. Diana was amazing too—she clearly explained how payments and bills work. Both of them were kind, professional, and made sure I understood every step. If you need storage that’s reliable, honest, and run by helpful people, I highly recommend this branch!
