Reviews
very practical and good customer service. The location is easy to access and the infrastructure is modern
A very nice site; I've recommended it to several people. The app and access to the premises are very easy...very clean...pleasantly surprised
A new Belgian company that I trust. I definitely recommend trying it. (I still have a storage unit at Shurgard, but I'm no longer satisfied with it now that I see the difference with Storo. I'm now planning to move everything: more light, easier access, good carts.) In other words: highly recommended! I'm already giving it 5 stars, although there are still a few areas for improvement (but nothing to remove a star, and I'll certainly report this to Storo). This is an honest review because I'm satisfied with the service. Bravo, Storo!!!

About Storo
Storo is a provider of self storage solutions with locations across Belgium. The company operates facilities in several key areas, including Brecht, Roeselare, Dilbeek, Mechelen, and Zaventem. It offers accessible storage space for a diverse range of personal and business needs. Storo focuses on providing individual, secure units that customers can rent on a flexible basis. The company serves communities by offering additional room for belongings, equipment, or inventory outside of a home or office environment. This approach allows customers to manage their space requirements effectively without long-term commitments. The provider’s presence in multiple cities makes it a relevant option for those seeking storage in these specific regions of the country.
Finding a reliable self storage for rent is often necessary during significant life or business events. For instance, when moving to a new home, a unit can temporarily hold furniture and boxes, simplifying the transition. During a renovation, it provides a safe place to keep items free from dust and damage. Small businesses and e-commerce entrepreneurs can use a storage space to manage inventory, seasonal stock, or archived documents, avoiding the higher costs of larger commercial premises. Students may also find short-term storage useful for their belongings during breaks. These scenarios highlight how flexible storage solutions can address both planned and unexpected needs for extra space, providing a practical extension of a home or workplace.
Renting a unit typically begins with assessing your specific needs to choose an appropriate size. Providers usually offer a range of different unit sizes, from small lockers for a few boxes to large spaces capable of holding the contents of an entire house. Contracts are often based on a monthly rental period, offering the flexibility to rent for a short-term or longer duration. Access to the storage space is usually granted during specified hours, with some facilities offering extended access. When moving items in or out, it is important to consider the logistics, such as the availability of trolleys, lifts, and the proximity of parking to the loading area. Clear corridors and well-maintained access points contribute significantly to a smooth experience.
When comparing different options, several factors help determine the most suitable choice. The final price of a storage space for rent is influenced by its size, the length of the rental period, and its location. Security is another critical aspect, with features like surveillance systems and controlled access being standard considerations. The convenience of a facility’s location relative to your home or business can also impact your decision, saving time and transport costs. Comparing these elements is essential for making an informed choice. Platforms like The Storage Scanner can assist in this process by presenting information on availability, pricing, and features from various providers, streamlining the search for the right self storage solution.
Tips for renting storage with Storo
