As an British expat , I thank Kamel and his team for helping me find the right solution for my situation. Kamel patiently outlined the options for storage and luckily for me, I was able to benefit from the discount for the Zaventem storage facility. I was invited to inspect the storage options and settled on a sizeable one. The facility is super clean, tidy and has all the tools you need for the facility i.e. cages, lifts.I also needed help with moving to the storage and took the 2 movers and a van package. Mr Muhad and Mr. Suhil both arrived promptly as scheduled on the day of my move and we’re extremely patient and professional. They even came with a mattress protector and wrapped my mattress for no extra cost. The move appeared effortless thanks to them and both loading and unloading at the storage facility was done in 2 hrs!I’ll definitely be using Box village again and can highly recommend chatting with the owner Kamel to find the right option for you. We have used this facility for more than a year, renting a variety of units to meet various needs throughout the year.Compared to other self storage facilities in the area, it is clean and well maintained. Like any facility that has so many people coming and going, things will get broken from time to time, but they are repaired in a timely manner.While there is no dedicated onsite personnel, it is rare that I visit the faciity without running into the principals of the business, as they seem to always be in and out tending to the business of the day.
Scam operation. 50€ key deposit was never returned. Emails not returned. No onsite personnel at the location.
