I got a very good deal with Shurgard during a promotion. They answered quickly and informatively any enquiry I had. I also made a mistake during my registration, which they assisted me with even though it was an error on my part regarding my booking duration. So I recommend them and appreciated the assistance given to me during my rental experience.

WARNING: INFESTED BY MICES !!! Staff is very nice. The first year we were happy. This week after 3 years we opened up our space. Awful!! Dead mices all over. Mice feces everywhere. Cardboard boxes nibbled by mice. It smells of mouse pee. What's more, the lamp doesn't work. We worked in the dark. It's not possible to get a neon change while the cubicle is occupied. We were offered to pay 50 euros to use a portable lamp, which will be reimbursed later. For the price we are paying monthly it is very disappointing to see that there is no more consideration. We are moving our things to another storage.
