Excellent communication from the Shurgard team, Adrien and Alexandre, both via telephone and also email updates. Everything was well-explained and clear from start to finish, including a simple and effective client interface via the Shurgard App. I will not hesitate to return to Shurgard for my future storage needs, many thanks!
