Very bad experience with this company. The price we initially agreed on was increased after just six months of rent, and they were unable to provide any clear or fixed final price. Instead, it seems they can raise it whenever they want, which feels very shady and completely lacks transparency.As a customer, you never really know how much you are going to end up paying, which is unacceptable. What looked like a reasonable price at the beginning quickly turns into something much more expensive.On top of that, the storage units have a very unpleasant smell that ends in your belongings, which makes the overall experience even worse. I would not recommend this company.Canceled my contract and moved to a better one.

Good afternoon, my name is Julio. I'm a Shurgard Storage customer for the second time and I'm very happy with the service so far. The reason for my dissatisfaction and my public complaint is that at the moment I have no money in my bank account so I am 10 days late with my payment, (which is going to change very soon). For this reason I'm receiving an excess of calls, text messages, emails and whatsapp messages, non-stop, reminding me to pay in a more impulsive than polite way with threats and reminders of the laws on late payment.So today I decided to call the person who sent me the last whatsapp message trying to tell her to apply the corresponding charges but to please stop bothering me because just one reminder message is enough for me.This person (female) called Jodie and with a phone number ending in 56 91 didn't let me finish my complaint call, saying that "I was not right" and "that was a circular conversation" hunging up on my face; just after that I received another email reminding me that I had to pay wit more laws and threatings.Mr. Shuggard Supervisor, do you know the difference between a crook who doesn't care about paying and a good customer who is 10 days late and just want to be charged for the delay? The people who work for you don't know the difference.When I pay this month I will change of storage company because of the bad manners of the person I've spoken to on the phone.Yours faithfully.

Quick and friendly service from Hesal. From start to finish the entire process from signing the contract to putting my belongings in the storage unit took only 15 minutes. I don't speak any Dutch but Hesal explained the entire process very thoroughly in English. I highly recommend this facility and employee for all your storage needs!
