Update 2: They've resolved the issue and are looking into their Peppol flow to prevent this problem from happening again. I've decided to take their word for it. This has upgraded my rating to a 3, whereas the original rating was 1 star. The boxes themselves are of good quality and always accessible. Various tools are available to help with loading or unloading items. Although these do occasionally disappear, this is not their fault, but the fault of other users. The temperature and safety are noticeably present, so I can leave my belongings there with peace of mind. The administration sometimes leaves a lot to be desired (read the original review), and blockages are sometimes wrongly implemented due to errors on their part. If they could address this permanently, their services would be worth 5 stars.------- Original:The boxes themselves are of good quality. However, their administration leaves a lot to be desired. I've been renting a box from them for almost a year now, but have already been blocked twice because their system doesn't register my payments, even though I paid correctly. Not recommended simply because of the stress they cause, where you randomly can't access your products.Update to comment: Payments are made via instant payment. These are processed immediately upon payment and deposited into your bank account. This is a guarantee and works well every month. This means that your system needs a certain number of days after receipt to process. Meanwhile, you immediately block access to the goods. This seems more like a bug with your slow system, which shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, the first time it took a considerable amount of time to receive confirmation that the error was yours, and it was resolved immediately once confirmed. However, I now notice that the structured message is missing and has been replaced by the invoice name, along with the transition to Peppol. So I'm fairly confident that this is the problem why the payment match wasn't performed, but again, I wonder why the customer should be concerned. An email had already been sent. But despite the email, I still haven't received a response, which is understandable considering the error on your part combined with the immediate closure...

I've rented a unit there twice; it's very clean, the staff are friendly, and they help you on-site. I recommend it to anyone who needs storage; short or long-term, the choice is yours. Excellent service, keep up the good work!
Clean, spacious boxes. Friendly welcome. Excellent!
We rented a storage unit to temporarily store our daughter's belongings. Getting the information beforehand was very easy and comprehensive, with a very customer-focused approach. The rental process was very transparent and smooth. The storage unit was very clean, as was the entire building. Cancellation was hassle-free, and the deposit was promptly refunded. Fantastic!

About Cobalt Box
Cobalt Box is a provider of self storage solutions with locations across various cities in Belgium, including Antwerpen, Mortsel, and Aalter. The company offers a range of options for individuals and businesses seeking external storage space. Their services cater to those needing flexible and accessible units for their belongings. The facilities are positioned to serve local communities, providing a practical choice for managing space requirements. Customers can find different unit sizes designed to accommodate a variety of storage needs, from smaller personal items to larger household goods or commercial stock.
Finding the right storage space for rent often corresponds with significant life or business events. For instance, individuals moving homes may need a temporary place to keep furniture and boxes secure during the transition period. Similarly, a home renovation project can necessitate clearing out rooms, making external self storage a convenient option. Businesses also benefit from these solutions, using the units for archiving documents, managing inventory, or storing equipment without committing to larger commercial leases. This type of business storage allows for scalability, adapting to changing stock levels or operational needs. Students might also find smaller units useful for storing their belongings between academic years.
The process of renting a unit typically begins with assessing your specific needs to select an appropriate size. Providers usually offer a variety of dimensions, from small lockers to larger spaces capable of holding the contents of an entire house. Contracts can often be arranged on a monthly rental basis, offering flexibility for both short-term storage and longer-term arrangements. Access to the storage unit is a key consideration, with facilities generally providing specific operating hours for customers to visit their space. When planning a visit, it is practical to think about logistics, such as the availability of trolleys for moving heavy items and the ease of access from the parking area to your unit.
When deciding on a self storage for rent provider, several factors come into play. The cost is often influenced by the unit's size, the length of the rental agreement, and any additional features offered. Security measures, such as surveillance systems and access controls, are important elements to evaluate for peace of mind. For sensitive items like electronics or wooden furniture, understanding the environmental conditions within the unit is also beneficial. Using a platform like The Storage Scanner allows you to compare different options from providers efficiently. It centralizes information on availability, pricing, and features, helping you make an informed decision without visiting multiple locations.
