The service is good when you want to rent a garage, but as soon as you need anything afterward, nobody is reachable.I cancelled by email, but unfortunately, I never received a reply. You can't reach anyone by phone either, unless it's about a new contract! I've rarely experienced such poor service; for the extremely high rental prices, better service should be offered.
A good, albeit not inexpensive, short-term storage solution. The garage door is only secured on one side, making it unsuitable for parking very expensive vehicles. The property is not fenced and has no access gate. There's no floor grate at the back of the garage, meaning it needs cleaning almost weekly as leaves, dirt, and small animals can get in through the gaps. After canceling the contract, there was virtually no information about the next steps. I had to call twice to inquire about my bill. After a month, they finally managed to send it to me, with another three to four weeks to wait for payment. That's far too long. As mentioned above, it's okay for short-term parking, but otherwise, it needs improvement at this price point.
The team is very difficult to reach.
