I wanted to use it for 2 weeks, but I've been paying for 3 months. The reason is simple, the notice period is 2 weeks and of course I didn't notice this, I missed it by 1 day. After a month and a half, after I paid for the second month and was able to cancel, they sent me an email on Tuesday at midnight (when everyone's phone is in "do not disturb" mode) to upload a picture of the empty warehouse within 4 days, otherwise there is no contract termination. 4 days passed and they tried to deduct it but there was no money in my account (also at midnight). I guess they will also add penalty interest if they can deduct it 1 day later... It's true that it's my fault too, because I was careless (but I don't think anyone else would have noticed), but the site is cleverly designed to scam a layman out of money. I don't think it's good that they take advantage of the payment security provided by Austria in this way, this type of company doesn't fit in this country... In closing, I could recommend to the nice company that if their service costs as much as other companies, they should at least clean the place sometimes, BECAUSE IT'S VERY DIRTY!!! I had to wipe down all my stuff, everything was so dusty, and if they do that, they should look into the empty warehouses, because other companies can also include cleaning and inspection in this price. Such a rip-off company won't last long in Austria. P.S.: in addition, there is no private parking lot, no trash can, and you can't even prop up the door.
