Well, where do we start with reviewing MyPlace in Graz? Let's start with the most impressive, the staff. Absolutely amazing people, so friendly, it feels like you're being introduced to a group of friends. They are super knowledgeable about their service, very responsive to enquiries and just plain decent. The facilities are also really great. Easy access through security codes gate access and undercover parking for unloading and loading a car. Massive lift and all you need to move your stuff. Very dry and clean units, and everything you may need for packaging in the office, along with padlocks, including combination locks. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. They helped us out at a moment we needed something positive to happen, and this experience gave us a lift. Thank you.
Excellent and very friendly customer service. All questions related to storage are addressed comprehensively and on time. Easy access and clean storage facilities. I will use this place again when there is a need.
