An absolutely disastrous company. It couldn't be more greedy.
The DPD pickup store isn't working.I tried to drop off a package, but it didn't work because there was no more space. However, the system showed the package as shipped, and after I intervened, it was eventually picked up from my home.The next time I tried with a new package: the door wouldn't open.I don't know what kind of pickup store this is supposed to be; in any case, it's not working.
I am having horrible experience with this place. I have rented a unit over a month ago. The code provided to me does not open the lock on the unit door. I have called and emailed numerous times- The phone response is someone would call me sometime in future. Given it is a month and I still do not have the correct code, this is a lost cause. My emails are mostly unanswered. Last week, I checked on the unit again, to find a new lock ( No! the code did not open this one either) and a trolley stored in the unit. Meanwhile I get charged for the space.
