Terrible in every way! How can an automated parcel locker function SO POORLY?I've never once managed to get my package here without major problems! It's a complete joke. And they always refer you to DPD. I can get my packages without any issues at any other store, just not here!! Please do us all a favor and just close it down.
Completely useless as a parcel shop. It just scans and beeps constantly. Despite following the DPD and storebox instructions, it's impossible to get in.
I would give zero stars if that were possible. My package has been stuck at this collection point for a full month, and apparently, a technical defect occurred on the very day of delivery – which hasn't been resolved in four weeks. I've called four times to get information about access to my package, but always received the same answer: unfortunately, there's a technical defect, it will be repaired soon, and someone from the specialist department will contact you. NONE of that has happened, and I haven't received any information about when the collection point will be operational again. The service couldn't be worse – I will never have a package delivered here again!
No way to get the code from storebox or ups. Even after contacting ups for several consecutive days still no answer or response. Only being told to wait for an email that they will send for the code
