An absolutely disastrous company. It couldn't be more greedy.
Unfortunately, access with the access code hasn't been working for several weeks and hasn't been fixed yet. When I inquired, the only response was, "It's a known issue and will be fixed."You can usually get through to the hotline after a few minutes' wait. That's something, at least! But this shouldn't be a permanent solution!Since the prices aren't cheap, the problem should be resolved within a few days.EDIT: From 1 to 3 stars.The problem has now been resolved, and everything is working fine.
