I would give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I had two packages delivered to the Storebox at the same time. In one case (UPS), the package was returned after the third delivery attempt (note: "Store was closed"). The DPD package was delivered after two attempts. When I went to pick up the package today, I was able to access the warehouse with the QR code, but the screen for package collection was broken. There was no number or any help available on what to do in case of technical problems. I've now been trying to call Storebox customer service for half an hour (according to their website, they're available until 10 PM, Monday to Friday), but every single call (seven attempts) has been terminated before I'm supposedly connected to an agent. The service couldn't be worse!

So, if you've had a package delivered here (eg, UPS, DHL) don't panic. But before you arrive, make sure you have received the 6 digit code that's required to both enter the facility and retrieve the package. (This is an unmanned, self-service facility.) This code will likely come in the form of an email from Storebox (but initiated by the delivery service). It's possible they'll send by SMS. It was about 48 hours between the time I recieved an email from UPS stating my package was delievered here and when I received the code by email. (I don't think it normally takes that long, but it did for me. This also involved me contacting UPS to try to get the code.) To get inside, you must either (1) enter the 6 digit code (followed by #) in the keypad on the left-hand side of the doorway, or (2) scan the QR code that was included in the email. This will unlock the front door. Once inside, the automatic lights will turn on. Head towards the back where there is an automated mailbox system. Select the delivery service on the touch screen, enter your 6 digit code (hit enter), and sign for the package. Once you're done signing and hit enter, the door where your package is located will automatically pop open. Take out your package and shut the door. Then leave the facility. See photos. Good luck!
