The kitchen was well cleaned, hence the rating. The rest was not good. The window cleaning was not done properly. I was not expecting a window cleaner, but it felt sloppy. In the basement there were three rooms and a hall that were not even cleaned. So someone came later to do this and it was done well. She had been given two hours to clean. Then she was going to the next place. Should have needed a little more time. A moving cleaning means cleaning all the frames and doors. Skirting boards and light switches in many places were not cleaned. Even though I told them about it, among other things. The cleaning was supposed to take two days and four people. I left, but was allowed to go back after an hour. Then no one was there, then they called on the second day at 11:17. So I paid for services that were never performed. Since it was supposed to be a viewing, I had to clean a lot myself to get it clean where Montrab did not clean even though I paid for it. Deeply disappointed. Since the brokers recommended Montana, I thought it was a safe bet. Should have checked better!
