Wanneer nemen mensen nou eens weer hun verantwoording terug. Zij hadden het pand niet voor elkaar.

I have tried calling more than 20 times and emailed frequently, but it is impossible to get in touch with this company. They are happy to keep billing you even if you cancelled months ago. Please do not do business with them. What a scandalous company.

Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment to view a storage unit, which was supposed to be a phone-guided tour ,but you still need to be physically at the unit. I had to cancel my shift today just to be there on time. I waited 20 minutes and never received a call. Instead, I later got an email saying the viewing wasn’t possible. No communication, no respect for my time, and completely unprofessional.

Someone cut my lock and broke into my unit. I’ve been calling the customer service line for weeks to figure out what steps I should take to possibly file a claim and also get a new lock. I have also emailed the three times and no one has responded. It is not secure enough so I would not recommend storing anything valuable here, or electronics. Someone might break in, cut the lock and steal it.
