I stored my belongings with BOXIE24 before an international move from the Netherlands to Norway. During collection by the movers, a significant part of my shipment was not made available, resulting in approximately one third of my belongings being left behind. This led to a lengthy dispute between the storage provider and the moving company, additional transport costs, and a formal complaint procedure with the Dutch Geschillencommissie.BOXIE24 eventually offered partial compensation, which I appreciate, but communication throughout the process was difficult and documentation of the remaining stored items was repeatedly refused. Even simple requests for updated photos or confirmation of specific items were not properly accommodated.Overall, the experience created a great deal of unnecessary stress during an already difficult international move. Please be very aware that the warehouse is not well organised and your belongings are not stored together leading to lost items. Please avoid.

I used Boxie24 in Amsterdam for storage and it’s been an absolute nightmare. One of my belongings went missing while in their care. At first, they admitted fault and even told me I would be compensated. Months later, I’m still chasing them, and they’ve completely gone back on their word. Not only did they lose something I trusted them to look after, but their customer service has been evasive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. If a storage company can’t keep track of basic items or honour their own promises, what’s the point of trusting them with your possessions at all? There are plenty of storage providers in Amsterdam who understand accountability and customer service – Boxie24 is not one of them. If you value your belongings (or your sanity), go elsewhere. They deleted my review already and I will be re posting it every time you try to delete it again.

I had a great experience with Boxie24! The service was smooth, professional, and super helpful from start to finish. Communication was always clear, and they were very flexible with my self-collection request. Special thanks to Michael D for his kind assistance — everything was handled with care and efficiency. I highly recommend Boxie24 to anyone looking for reliable storage solutions!
