I contacted this florist in June to inquire about my bridal bouquet. I spoke with a very pleasant and attentive person who advised me to call back in early August and come in between Wednesday and Friday to place my order.Today, when I called back, the experience was completely different. The person I spoke to was particularly unpleasant, condescending, and unprofessional. Before even listening to my request, she told me she wouldn't be available. When I specified that it was just a bridal bouquet, and not the entire floral decoration for a wedding, her tone remained cold and dismissive.I also explained that I had already been told to proceed this way in June, but apparently, it made no difference. It's very disappointing, especially when you're preparing for such an important event as a wedding. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have made all the difference.

It's always a pleasure to visit this florist! We're always greeted warmly, with a smile and excellent advice. The bouquets are made with impeccable taste: the arrangements are beautiful, harmonious, and long-lasting.We also greatly appreciate the generous size of the bouquets, which are always very full and carefully prepared.

A wonderful florist! The bouquets are always made with great taste and care. It's become my go-to place: I never hesitate to go for any occasion. Plus, the prices are really very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

A fantastic place for floral gifts for any occasion! A wide selection, affordable prices, and very helpful staff. I went to this shop for my wife's wedding bouquet: it was made with great care and good taste, resulting in a magnificent bouquet! The boutonniere was also excellent. 🙂 It was a real hit on the big day! Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing you again! 😃
