I contacted this florist in June to inquire about my bridal bouquet. I spoke with a very pleasant and attentive person who advised me to call back in early August and come in between Wednesday and Friday to place my order.Today, when I called back, the experience was completely different. The person I spoke to was particularly unpleasant, condescending, and unprofessional. Before even listening to my request, she told me she wouldn't be available. When I specified that it was just a bridal bouquet, and not the entire floral decoration for a wedding, her tone remained cold and dismissive.I also explained that I had already been told to proceed this way in June, but apparently, it made no difference. It's very disappointing, especially when you're preparing for such an important event as a wedding. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have made all the difference.

The website was not clear at all about the sizing of the storage units, therefore, we called to ask about the sizing to make sure that we get the right one. We informed the woman helping us that we need to store furniture that is for a one bedroom apartment. She informed us that a 4 by 4 will be enough, thus we assumed it would be enough since the van was around that size too. However, when we got there the storage space was upstairs and it was 4m2, not 4 by 4 as promised. Moreover, there was no one at the service desk so we could not even ask for help. Also no one picked up the phone and on Sunday they do not work. This is extremely unprofessional and we will not be coming and if you value your money and time, do not come here either. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have inserted a picture of the full van and of the storage space, clearly visible that it would not fit. We acknowledge that we should’ve checked the confirmation document with the sizing but at the same time we should be able to trust a professional working at the storage space company.
