Pelican had pests (moths) on the premises, but let me move in anyway. When I discovered the pests, I was accused of bringing them there. Then they told me that they had found larvae in some carpets that had been in another storage room for a few years. I received compensation from the insurance for my sofa that had larvae crawling on it, as well as for a few other things. However, Pelican thought I should pay full price for the storage room rent. They don't care that the Consumer Services Act gives me the right to price reductions and damages. I demanded a 50% reduction for the 40 hours it took to clean up all the other household goods. Terrible treatment from Pelican!
