AIM came recommended and were exceptional from start to finish. The team were professional, fast, efficient and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and were a pleasure to deal with. Have used plenty of removal firms over the years, AIM are up there with the best. Would use them again and have recommended them.
If you’re moving to a different country, whatever you do do not use AIM removal in storage, they will lie to you Tell you everything you wanna hear to get your business after your pay they don’t give a crap about you. and then you find out all the extra hidden fees. you’ll try to complain they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. My contact when I called the company her name was Christine. She lied. She promised me after I paid what they asked. I would only have to customs and that’s it no more hidden fees. guess what I got hit with another $459 or I can’t get my merchandise. You can’t trust anyone nowadays no one. My best friend is a YouTuber with over4.1 million subscribers. I’m gonna ask him to make a video about this company and let everybody know all over the world who not use.
Welcomed very friendly. Not many storage facilities in Lagos, but went for a newer one in Portimao that had better access. With AIM you can take out anything only once every two weeks.
