The constant difficulty in accessing the locker, which is supposed to be available 24/7, the inconvenient interface... which is constantly glitching, and of course, the inability to contact the customer service or whatever that is... I'll be giving up on this incredibly inconvenient service. I don't recommend it.
Edit: issue was resolved, but there was no change in the reporting process. Still the only way to report issues is to send an email and wait. If You want to have a reliable 24/7 access to the warehouse space you paid for you might be disappointed sometimes. This happened 2 times for me so far.Edit: 3 times, now in the morning when i needed to get the bike from storage and go to work. Great.Abysmal client support. If there is an issue (for example the locking system is offline and entering the code does not open the locker) there is no quick way to contact support, just an email address that somebody maybe reads, or maybe not. There is no ticket numbers, no way of reaching out, not even an information about when somebody will contact you. If You're locked out, You a need to cross your fingers and wait for undetermined amount of time. And this is a business that has a single location currently and they didn't even think about the system resilience or security
