I've been renting warehouses from this company for several years now, and I always pay my invoices monthly. Unfortunately, the woman in accounting has changed and is so unpleasant it's beyond words. All she can do is write that invoices are due, and after 30 days, they're entered into the BIG and KRD (National Accounting Register), where I've been paying all invoices monthly for several years. What's more, she's so brazen that after sending a text message, I still receive a call saying it's paid, even though it takes five seconds to receive the text. I haven't seen such a rude person in a long time. If you don't want to waste your time dealing with the Payments department and Barbara, I recommend finding another place to store your belongings.
I recommend Self Storage Wrocław. If you are looking for a place to store things, this is the perfect place. I rented a container there to store tools. The entrance to the container is free. Open 24/7. Area 15m2. And the most pleasant thing is the price. Only 270 PLN gross. I signed a contract for 12 months. It literally took 20 minutes.
