The distinction between the upper floor and the ground floor is important: Prices on the upper floor are relatively low (more suitable for private individuals), while the units on the ground floor are highly sought after and therefore relatively much more expensive (often used as commercial business space for business activities in categories 1 through 3). The upper floor is accessible via a large, spacious goods lift (max 2,000 kg). There is 24/7 access. All in all, a good impression. However, the outdoor area is not covered.
