Verdict: 👍🏽We visited during their Christmas season and it was amazing! The kids enjoyed some ice skating, a haunted house, some sweets & trinket shopping, and of course we got on the giant Ferris wheel. It was beautiful! Prices to get on rides was very fair.
A lively and colourful market in the heart of Maastricht — full of fresh produce, flowers, cheese stalls, and local treats. It has a great local buzz and is perfect for wandering around with a coffee in hand. Parking nearby can be a bit hectic on busy days, but it’s definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere and variety of stalls.
It’s a beautiful place and I would recommend if you are a lover of sight seeing. There is a bridge nearby where you can choose to go boating underneath.
The market features quite a lot of different stores including fresh seafood, grocery and fruits, cheese, freshly fried seafood, traditional pastries, clothes etc. It was popular among locals and visitors. Recommend to pay a visit.
