Unfortunately, they weren't customer-friendly and didn't offer any solutions. It's a shame! Very satisfied with All Safe, they were customer-friendly and provided excellent service!

Easily accessible, nice clean spaces, top-notch service, large parking lot, equipped with appropriate security measures and loading and unloading equipment (trolleys, etc.) available – ideal!

A while back, I had a tour because I was looking for short-term storage for a large house's entire contents. The lady on the phone told me that the larger units were available, so we decided to stop by.Upon entering, the gentleman wanted to make it clear that we'd already been filmed by at least 10 cameras and that no one just walked in. We asked if we could store a trailer there, and the gentleman immediately said we'd have to assume it would be stolen... very unusual, considering he'd initially exaggerated about the security. The gentleman only showed us very small units. When I pointed out that there was no way our belongings would fit in there, he reacted very condescendingly and said we didn't understand how it worked. This unpleasant encounter stuck with us, and we went a little further into Belgium to All-Inn self-storage Genk. What a breath of fresh air! We met real people, were treated with dignity, and had good, spacious units for a very reasonable price. You could learn something from this, and I advise customers to visit Belgium as a very good alternative to this disgrace.

Easy accessibility, competitive rates, and a wide selection of storage options make 24/7 storage the best in the Maastricht region, in my opinion. No hidden costs, flexibility, and brand new. Ideal for city center residents who don't have their own garage, or for students and expats. Excellent service and highly recommended!
