I ended up at this garage in Assen via a tire supplier to switch my winter tires to summer tires.Because I had already read many positive reviews beforehand, my expectations were high.Upon arrival, the schedule was neatly reviewed. It was indicated that it might take a little longer due to a break. I was allowed to stay, but owner Tim immediately suggested taking a company car so that I wouldn't have to wait.After about 2.5 hours, I received a call saying they were working on the last rim. Tim suggested that it would be wise to drive back and forth in the company van for a bit, so that the "old" (still good winter tires) wouldn't have to be in my car. A thoughtful and customer-oriented gesture.Upon my return, the car was ready, and after a brief debriefing, I was on my way again. Tim didn't want anything for the use of the company car: "service on the house."In short, a new company for me that left a very positive impression. Everything looks neat and professional, the service is excellent, and they really think along with the customer. Highly recommended!
Top company. I only came in for a tire change on the rims. It was no problem to put all the summer rims back on right away. And as the icing on the cake, they even spray-painted the rear drum brakes neatly black. Where do you still find that these days?……… Right here.👍
