Ordered a moving van. They promptly called back to say it wouldn't work in the specified time slot. They kept me updated on when a van would become available. Excellent service.
I'm not giving any stars. As stubborn as a rusty nail. Not very friendly. And they can't even refund the deposit. No, you just have to wait for the paperwork. That last part is outdated.
Bo-Rent Assen. The employee was okay, but the charges are completely inaccurate. The brushcutter tank was supposed to be filled for €6.77 (price per liter for the mixture), but that wasn't the case. I had to refill the tank before using it. There were only a few drops of mixture in it. The employee indicated that only a small amount was allowed. So why charge a liter (!) for €6.77? Plus, there's a damage waiver policy, etc., which wasn't requested. The rental price is low, but additional costs make it expensive. A "nice" business model. In short, I won't be going there again.
