They're completely unwilling to think along! They just want to rake in as much money as possible.They had to rent a bigger car because the smaller, cheaper one wasn't COVID-safe (a 10-minute job for Bo-Rent). But they charge full prices if you're 50 minutes late. This includes 24 hours of insurance.#bunglers
At Bo-Rent, you're always welcome inside. I happened to get a flat tire and drove across from Bo-Rent Emmeloord to the Kwikfit. As the only customer in the lobby, I was shown out of the store and told to wait outside in the cold and rain until it was ready. After three surprised expressions, they gave me an umbrella. The exception to the rule doesn't apply here. They literally leave you out in the cold. I popped into Bo-Rent Emmeloord and were guaranteed a cup of coffee and a friendly chat. So, if I ever need to rent a car again, you'll have a customer for life.
Upon delivery, Boorent casually walked around it: "This is how we delivered it, no damage, right? No way. No, okay, you can sign here." We then returned the van, and only received a call the next day, at the end of the day, to tell us there was damage. It wasn't visible to the naked eye. We're certain we didn't hit anything. Chances are it was already there. Guess what? We lost our €350 deposit. Ridiculous. Never renting from Boort Emmeloord again!!!
