I haven't traveled yet, but I've already booked through AWOL, and so far everything is perfectly arranged. Good communication, mainly with Zinzi. Additionally, I now have access to a phone app with all the information about my trip, which works very well. This only increases the anticipation. :)
For years, we have been going on cycling trips for which we turn to AWOL. This alone testifies to the trust and the very pleasant contacts we maintain with AWOL. The cycling route booklet provides a wealth of information, and the daily stages are easy to follow down to the kilometer. The flights and accommodations at the beginning and end of the trip are carefully selected and leave nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. We can wholeheartedly recommend AWOL to everyone.
We did a cycling tour of Sri Lanka with our 3 kids through AWOL. They provide expert advice, are quick to communicate, and the contact is very pleasant and enjoyable. It contributed to an unforgettable holiday for us!
After our beautiful cycling trip through Southeast Asia in 2019, passing through China, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, we quickly agreed that our honeymoon would also be by bike... in 2021, that meant going to Rwanda! A new destination for which we had a lot of contact with Monique: how do the Covid measures work there? Can we adjust the route for our honeymoon? How long do we need? Monique helped us with all our wishes and even submitted the paperwork for us so that we didn't have to do it on our wedding day! Upon arrival at our destination, our hotel room had even been made completely "honeymoon" ready! What a fantastic trip, thanks to Monique and her husband on the ground, Eric.Top class, and we will definitely be traveling with you again in the future!
