I haven't been on a trip yet, but I've booked through AWOL, and so far everything has been perfectly arranged. Communication was excellent, with Zinzi being my main contact. I also now have access to a phone app with all my trip information, which works really well. This just makes the anticipation even greater. :)

For years, we've been taking cycling trips, relying on AWOL for assistance. This demonstrates the trust and excellent working relationships we maintain with them. The cycling route booklet provides a wealth of information, and the daily stages are easy to follow, down to the last kilometer. The flights and accommodations at the beginning and end of the trip are carefully selected and leave nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. We highly recommend AWOL to everyone.

After our wonderful cycling trip in Southeast Asia in 2019, through China, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, we quickly agreed that our honeymoon would also be by bike...in 2021, that meant Rwanda! A new destination, and we've been in close contact with Monique about it: how do the Covid measures work there? Could we adjust the itinerary for our honeymoon? How long do we need? Monique helped us with all our wishes and even submitted the paperwork for us so we didn't have to do it during our wedding! When we arrived at our destination, our hotel room was even completely prepared for our honeymoon! What a fantastic trip, thanks to Monique and her local husband, Eric.Excellent, and we'll definitely be traveling with you again in the future!
