Reserved a unit, they called me a few times to plan to sign for the contract which can be done only on site. I reconfirmed the date and time and when I arrived fully packed with the moving stuff they said the unit is gone. Therefore the reservation they promise for 30 days on their website is fake. It's false advertising, move to other nicer companies people.
Excellent service and very helpful and polite personel, Mario inspected my storage on the Day i left it and was very polite and helped to terminate my contract. If i am ever in need i am definately coming back!
Great friendly and fast service. The staff was very thorough with their comms and the space fitted our requirement.
Just rented a storage locker here for 2 months. Extremely good service, with the start of rental, and also with ending the rental. Professional service and good aftercare follow up as well. If I need a locker in the future, for sure I will choose Shurgard again!
